Account Manager
Overview The Account Manager is a critical role in the Italy reporting to the Regional/Country Manager.
We are seeking a proven Account Manager who is passionate about maintaining and growing account relationships, while using sales and account management best practices to achieve revenue targets.
This is a hands-on role that requires managing renewals while with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with TNS solutions.
Grow TNS revenue by exceeding projected ACV goals in assigned Enterprise accounts, specifically through:
1.
Building incremental ACV growth for TNS offerings within TNS' top accounts 2.
Expanding the TNS footprint within current customer accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities as well as new logo customers 3.
Handle all prospect and customer objections and justify their investments in TNS solution(s) 4.
Assisting as needed in securing large renewal contracts Responsibilities The Account Manager will be the overall account leader, the point person, leading all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, partner strategy, evaluation, close and ongoing account management.

Negotiate and close as many new logo sales campaigns assigned Identify customer needs and effectively understand and respond to customer objections Assist the customer in maximizing the return of their investment with TNS Define and execute / account sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals through developing, qualifying, managing and closing cross-sell and up-sell sales opportunities Develop andmanage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales, and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering Provide or facilitate product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers Accurately help forecast sales results and deal closure timings Follow and implement the TNS Sales Playbook in day to day activities Build and maintain brand presence within assigned accounts Nurture and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system Build account plans for top accounts to execute against complex deals Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff Work with the legal team to build contracts and solutions for clients Understand when to escalate key issues and opportunities to the right personas on the client side as well as to management internally Become the point-person for all queries and questions within assigned accounts Ensure accurate invoicing for all assigned accounts Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care Leverage previous telecommunications and/or software as a service solutions Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts (when travel resumes) Qualifications 3+ years of software or complex solutions sales experience Orchestrator:
