The Role
In this role, you will work as a sales professional and project manager engaging with multiple partners in Italy.
You will also get the opportunity to collaborate with EasyPark's global team located in Sweden, Italy and many other countries across the world.
You will meet customers on a weekly basis, engage new customers and boost business with existing ones.
The role covers everything from analysis, initial customer prospect contact, pre-sales, negotiating agreements, technical analysis, project management and entails training the partner's staff through the implementation.
You will lead and guide the partners all the way towards full digitization of their parking activities.
This role will be based either in Easypark's Rome or Milan office.
And you will travel within Italy between metropolitan cities and sometime a year to Sweden and Denmark.

EasyPark is helping cities and private parking operators digitize their parking processes, which means deploying all our software services to achieve full digitalization.
Through the data we collect, we provide new insights to cities and private parking operators allowing them to manage their assets in ways that have never been possible before.
As a Gated Area Account Manager, you will be responsible for progress and results with gated partners, mainly consisting of private parking operators managing Off Street "gated" parking areas with automatic access system management.
Mainly be in contact with the technical/operational department with the Parking Operators, but also with the administrative and management departments.
The role requires a mix of skills among sales and project managementand the ability to manage every single opportunity as a single project with different stakeholders involved.
About you

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid understanding of stakeholder management
Ability to structure and present strong business cases

Energetic and proactive with the will to eagerly follow up
Strategic thinking and ability to quickly understand how to address the partner and/or customers' needs and how to adapt the EasyPark concept accordingly
Analytical in order to understand the progress of the partner's parking business
Your background
At least 2 years of work experiencein business to business sales/account management
Knowledge/work experience in project management
Knowledge/work experience in the parking access systems and gated parking management
Relevant University degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of a sales/CRM system (e. g. , Salesforce, Sugar) as well as basic office systems (e. g.
word, excel, PowerPoint)
Language Requirement:
Italian mother tongue or C2
English level B2 is required(The screening call will be in English)
