Account Manager - (3D/CGI/Digital/Content/Creative Services)

**Key Responsibilities

- The client Account Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from initial assessment and ideation through to completion in coordination with the Sales Team

- Client Account Manager manages key client projects.

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within the scope in coordination with our production facilities

- Oversee all aspects of projects.

- Negotiate deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project

- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project

- to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and feasible

**Eligibility Requirements

- At least 3 years of Client Account/PM experience

- Experience preferably with prior 3D-CGI

- Support Sales Team experience in pre-sales activities and client management and engagement

- Ability to work productively liaising with EMEA teams in Verona IT, Phuket THI, and Mumbai IN

- Strong communication - verbal and written - Italian & English

- Proven working experience in project management

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL)

- Basic 3D-CGI world and SW-related knowledge, better with if a previous experience as a 3D artist

- Ability to prioritize duties and work under pressure

- Confidence and ability to push back with clients when needed

- Ability to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams

- Preferably be Milan based

- Valid work authorization in Italy
