**Your New Role
Reporting into the Head of Sales you will manage customers or prospects selling company products/services within the area (Italy/France/Croatia/North-West Africa).
You will focus on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems within our very successful Marine global division.
**What You Can Expect from the Role
**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- Develop a sales plan to deliver revenue retention, revenue growth and new business for personal customer portfolio.
Deliver on that plan.
- Develop and implement client relationships; act as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent Survitec with customers and at business sector events.
Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of Survitec, its products, services and ability to provide holistic safety solutions
- Configure products and services solutions and associated contractual terms that meet the customers' mid
- to long-term needs, taking input from relevant internal specialists.
Presents the solution to customers and negotiate agreement within a pre-defined range of commercial parameters
- Utilise the CRM system effectively to drive sales activity plans and deliver timely reporting
- Collaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships
- Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of Survitec policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
Ensure own work adheres to required standards.
- Develop own capabilities through participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Develop and maintains an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices

**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
**Essential Criteria
- Preferable educated to university degree level
- 3+ years sales experience, previous experience with the marine/shipping sector is a bonus
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to details and organizational skills
- Fluent in English & Italian - Fluent in French is also a bonus
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and other organizational software such as Salesforce
