**About the job**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Account Manager** with extensive experience in the **short-term car rental industry**.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth. Your knowledge of the car rental market will be essential to understand clients' needs, provide tailored solutions, and stay ahead of market trends.
*** Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the automobile sector.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, upsell additional services, and expand the existing client portfolio.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to offer clients the most relevant and competitive rental solutions.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues, providing support, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track account performance, develop account plans, and provide regular reports on sales targets, client feedback, and market insights.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (e. g. , operations, customer service, etc) to ensure smooth execution of services and client requirements.

- **Proven experience** in the **short-term car rental industry**.
- Strong **sales and negotiation skills** with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Problem-solving** and **decision-making** abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on the role's travel needs.
