About the Role and the Team
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients' usage and experience with existing products.
As a member of the Italy team, you will be reporting to the Country Manager as a maternity cover and part of an Enterprise Account Team consisting of 2 local team members as well as many more colleagues from all over the world.
As this is a maternity cover, the original role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. However, we are committed to transitioning it to a permanent position before the contract term ends, provided you demonstrate your value as a key team member who aligns with and fully embraces our company value.
You will be responsible for a subset of existing clients in the Italian market, with a focus on driving business growth through the optimal use of Adform's platform and products. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience while positioning Adform as the leading AdTech company.

Be ready to: Lead some of our biggest direct clients in a strategic and structured manner Work closely with our clients and their agencies to support their needs and unlock their full potential. Drive growth by encouraging clients to adopt additional components of Adform's full-stack technology platform Collaborate closely with Client Support teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure clients' goals are met in the most effective and optimal way, while finding new solutions, solving problems, and maintaining high-quality service delivery Stay up to date with the latest market and industry trends, events, and client prospects Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have: 1-4 years of experience in the online advertising industry; a background in programmatic advertising and consulting clients on digital marketing strategies Confidence in presenting solutions and negotiating effectively A proven track record in meeting sales goals, along with strong planning and forecasting skills (a plus) Experience in Customer Success Management, including running and growing accounts (a plus) A customer-centric attitude Strong networking skills and the ability to build new relationships A structured, problem-solving mindset A proactive, can-do approach Excellent verbal communication skills, both with clients and within the team Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken A passion for living and breathing Adform's principles: Focus on Client Value, Act with Integrity, Take Ownership, Show Care, Be a Team Player, Stay Ambitious, and Stand Tall Our promise to you: You'll be surrounded by a dynamic, inspiring and international environment that puts client value in focus We behave with decency.
