We're seeking a talented Account Manager to drive growth and manage a diverse customer and prospect portfolio within our newly established IT Growth Markets Team. If you're a passionate sales professional with a talent for building relationships, crafting strategic sales plans, and closing impactful deals, this role is made for you What you will do: Drive Growth : Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets. Build Strong Relationships : Develop and nurture connections with customers to secure additional business, leveraging your consultative sales approach. Sales Strategies : Create and implement effective sales plans to introduce new sales opportunities and cross-sell Colt's innovative services and solutions. Revive Dormant Customers : Rebuild relationships with inactive customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their current needs and bring them back on board. Customer Engagement : Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to ensure engagement across all levels within the customer's organization. Collaborate & Succeed : Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver the best solutions and services to our customers. What we're looking for: Skills & Experience Previous experience in a consultative sales environment (tech would be great or a growth mindset if not). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Passion for building strong and lasting relations with our customers. A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and solutions. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Curiosity for Customer activities and operated markets.
