Account Manager
RTB House is the first disruptor in the ad tech space, which utilises Deep Learning AI to optimise digital advertising campaigns. Founded in 2012, the RTB House team comprises 1400+ specialists in 70+ markets across the globe - US, LATAM, EMEA & APAC. Running 3000+ campaigns with over 2000+ well-known brands. What you will do:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts; Cooperate with the largest brands from the market in Italy; Meet clients face-to-face regularly to ensure premium customer service; Create campaign strategies in a variety of industries based on data analysis, your own creativity and client needs; Adhere to the company goals related to campaign management (i. e. keep an eye on campaign margin and scale); Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner; Regularly report campaign status for the largest clients; Provide improvement ideas to the direct manager in terms of cross-sell and upselling; Take care of customer success and long-term relationship; Provide specific information regarding company's services and products; Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns; Obtain, review and process orders; ensure timely payments for our services. Requirements:
Experience (3-5 years +) in digital advertising; Preferably experience working in adtech, advertiser or agency (online area) both on performance and awareness campaigns; Bachelor's degree or similar; Working experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Knowledge of customer support tools and processes; Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Well-developed verbal and written communication skills; Multi-tasking, high level of energy, resourcefulness; High level of motivation and willingness to learn; Fluency in Italian and advanced command of English (C1 level) is essential; Candidate to be based in Milan.
