**About the role
- Develop your account strategy by understanding Customers Business goal & strategy.
- On your accounts drive growth in revenue, margin and the number of services delivered by Orange Business Italy.
- Connect to new stakeholders with existing customers and open doors with prospects.
- Develop strong relationships with customers at CxO- and Business level.
- When you identified an opportunity, introduce a bid team of Sales Specialists and Business Partners to design the technical solution.
- Use your strong relationship with the customer to support your bid team to win
- Act as the inspiring leader on your accounts (both internally and externally)
**about you**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience of successfully selling complex deals within multi-national or Large National environment.
- Able to forecast sales and create pipeline/opportunities effectively.
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills (able to manage and delegate)
- Loves opening doors and building strong relations with C-level and business Stakeholders.
- Eager to understand the customer's business & strategy.
- Able to speak and understand our customer's "language".
- Broad general knowledge of ICT strategy & digital transformation topics
- Interest on how technology driven solutions may drive customer strategy and act as trusted partner for your customer through consultative selling and storytelling.
- Able to define and execute a strong strategy & account plan.
- Fluent in English and Italian You will be a confident, decisive and team player with a flexible approach to travel to visit the customer.
