**About the Role**:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kitch and our **Italian **team!

Your goal will be supporting and developing relationships with multiple restaurants, working very close to our sales team.

You will be responsible for creating amazing relationships with our restaurants, identifying opportunities for providing additional value, and track and improve retention - whatever the reasons are for a restaurant to stop using our products, we need to deeply understand them and work to improve.

This is your opportunity to join as our first Account Manager in Italy, which means that we are looking for a good level of energy and a great can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the point person and the main Kitch contact for restaurants that use Kitch, starting from the moment of onboarding.

- Providing timely support to restaurant queries.

- Understand each restaurant's relationship with Kitch and its products by proactively reaching out and gathering feedback.

- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to restaurants, both from current or future products.

- Build restaurant management procedures and playbooks to help us scale our practices, both locally and to new locations and cities.

- Work with internal stakeholders to manage efforts to add the most value to restaurants in the Kitch community - from discussing product to improving operations.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate or master's degree, and at least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager;

- Strong people skills, that lead to being quick to build confidence;

- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

Internally and externally;

- Strong prioritization skills, and ability to focus on the most urgent tasks that require immediate attention at any point in time;

- Fluent in Italian, with good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
