Amazon Hub is an alternative delivery solution available to Amazon customers. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for handling all our major partners in retail, property management and public transportation. This is a great opportunity to make history for our customers.

As part of the Hub team, and working in a cross-functional role, you will own the client relationship from the development / roll out phase, maintain and optimize the installed network, initiate performance reviews, recommend action plans, administer and renew the contracts. During this process, you will liaise with a number of external and internal stakeholders ensuring the best possible customer experience (Tech Ops / Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management).

Key job responsibilities

**This individual will**:

- Own the Pickup network in Italy and work with some current partners to provide new opportunities and convert leads

- Drive the Amazon Pickup Locations CX to deliver the best in class experience, service and convenience

- Drive off-line Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners to ensure Amazon Locker awareness, exposure and ultimately grow utilization.
