**Account Manager Aerospace Italy
As part of the Aerospace Sales Team member, you will be responsible for generating opportunities and handling customer projects to meet the market demands based on value added solutions and will actively explore new sales opportunities to continuously develop the defined industries!
You will be responsible for account management, developing relationships along with high value customer projects and sales.
**Key Responsibilities
- Participate to plan and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed defined targets and support the Aerospace strategies.
- Take on total customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability;
- Visit customers to understand their development needs, strengthen customer relations and to develop business;
- Collect and analyze the market information, identify business opportunities and recommend new business solutions; understand market trends and their impact to our business profitability;
- Contribute to marketing activities, including monthly forecasting and process mapping;
- Manage A/R, understand their capital and held stock status, discover the risk in time and provide valued suggestions to the Business Management;
- Keep good communication with stakeholders, handle customer complaint responsively to ensure to be closed satisfactorily;
- Participate in projects review in collaboration with the local Application Engineering Team and the factories;
- Develop further long-term commercial and technical relationships within the account base; grow sales of value added solutions.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in Engineering, Aero or Mechanical;
- Some years of experience in Sales Management;
- Very good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, fluent in Italian and in English, both verbal and written; French language would be appreciated
- Willingness to travel frequently according to customer needs to build relationship and trust;
- Good planning and problem solving skills;
