Account Manager Amazon Business
Italian and English language required

Since our launch in Italy, we have built a sizable customer base from small companies to large enterprises in a wide range of industries including private sector, nonprofit, education and public organizations.
Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer and thus we have to reinvent everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute sales playbooks to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly targets in support of operating objectives, while always placing the customer first
- Develop vertical knowledge, define territory plans and report on them
- Identify customers' requirements and needs and drive Customer satisfaction
- Understand and mechanize the inputs and outputs of the business
- Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to test, measure, and execute acquisition ideas
- Partner with Product Management teams to provide customer perspective as well as customer-driven product improvement ideas
- Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising Customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions
- Present results in weekly and monthly business review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives
- Design internal processes to scale to respond to opportunities at high-velocity
- Knowledge of B2B sales, procurement processes, and experience working with senior stakeholders in private or public organizations (including Education, Nonprofit, Governmental sectors)
- Understanding of public sector regulation and requirements in Italy
- Knowledge of Source to Pay processes at large enterprises
- Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs (e. g.
Salesforce) and other systems
- Proven ability to influence others to achieve outstanding results, interacting with senior executives and to develop strong and collaborative working relationships
- Experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment with significant ambiguity (e. g.
a high-growth business, top-tier consultancy) with a track record of successes
