Join Our Team as an Associate Account Manager in the Data and Analytics Business of LSEG!

About the Role:

As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing deep customer relationships within the Data and Analytics business of LSEG.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spend the majority of your time engaging with customers on sales and post-sales activities. - Liaise directly with customers to understand their needs and support them with new releases and enhancements. - Troubleshoot queries related to data and customer behavior. - Learn and gain an understanding of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and generate interest. - Update CRM daily with sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline information. - Focus on maintaining overall customer engagement and expanding managed net revenue. - Support on commercial activities within accounts. - Work with internal and external stakeholders and maintain networks to support deal closures.

What We Are Looking For:

- A keen interest in the financial services industry. - Enjoy relationship-building skills. - Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Organised, and likes working in a fast paced environment- Customer Centric Focus- A university/college degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
