About the Role: As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing deep customer relationships within the Data and Analytics business of LSEG.

Key Responsibilities: Spend the majority of your time engaging with customers on sales and post-sales activities. Liaise directly with customers to understand their needs and support them with new releases and enhancements. Troubleshoot queries related to data and customer behavior. Learn and gain an understanding of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and generate interest. Update CRM daily with sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline information. Focus on maintaining overall customer engagement and expanding managed net revenue. Support on commercial activities within accounts. Work with internal and external stakeholders and maintain networks to support deal closures. What We Are Looking For: A keen interest in the financial services industry. Enjoy relationship-building skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Organised, and likes working in a fast-paced environment. Customer-Centric Focus.
