We're seeking a talented Account Manager to drive growth and manage a diverse customer and prospect portfolio within our newly established IT Growth Markets Team. If you're a passionate sales professional with a talent for building relationships, crafting strategic sales plans, and closing impactful deals, this role is made for you!
What you will do: Drive Growth: Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture connections with customers to secure additional business, leveraging your consultative sales approach. Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to introduce new sales opportunities and cross-sell Colt's innovative services and solutions. Revive Dormant Customers: Rebuild relationships with inactive customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their current needs and bring them back on board. Customer Engagement: Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to ensure engagement across all levels within the customer's organization. Collaborate & Succeed: Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver the best solutions and services to our customers. What we're looking for: Skills & Experience Previous experience in a consultative sales environment (tech would be great or a growth mindset if not!). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Passion for building strong and lasting relations with our customers. A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and solutions. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Curiosity for Customer activities and operated markets. Open and motivated to search for new customer opportunities and new logos.

Our Flexible First PolicyColt is committed to creating an amazing working environment which includes offering flexible ways of working. Launched in November 2022, Flexible First, has been designed with the help of our colleagues (or 'Colties'as we call them) through an extensive 6+ month Hybrid Pilot and we're continuing to explore how our approach will evolve with the ambition of offering even greater flexibility in the future. There are no set minimum days in the office, except where these are linked to local country arrangements / allowances etc and people can work from any Colt country for up to 30 days per calendar year, subject to remote working abroad guidelines.
