**YOUR MISSION
Build and develop the most relevant partnership with Media Accounts and Non-Endemic Brands in Italy.
**THE JOURNEY
- Have full responsibility of a defined Media and non endemic brands accounts;
- Understand need of accounts, identify specific needs, proactively create offer, pitch and execute plans
- Work with data to enhance best performing activation for each Brand
- Define and pursue the long-term strategy for accounts through adv assets and assure new assets adoption in accordance with HQ guidelines
- Become an expert of the brand and of the Agencies assigned. Able to create a pipeline and communications/proposals for top seasonality
- Build success stories which will help roll-out the partnerships strategy across categories and countries
- Billing and finance campaigns and help media agencies and brands on administrative tasks (agreements, billing, invoices)
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 3+ years in Account Management or business development in Media Agencies or Digital Service Companies
- Good Analytical skills and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
- Understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and local language
- You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to Customers/Partners and the Glovo platform
- You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
- You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry
