About the Role We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our global client base.
This role is fast-paced, strategic, and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Operating in a small team, your work will have a direct impact on both client success and overall business performance.
Your Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their strategic goals and sales targets are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Lead and coordinate a back-office team to support account activities. Oversee and optimise client accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with operations and warehousing teams to align support functions with account management needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless client operations. Analyse e-commerce data and provide insights to shape client strategies. Deliver detailed reports and performance analysis, including forecasts and sales projections. Travel occasionally for in-person client meetings. Develop and execute marketing and budget strategies aligned with client objectives. Work with the finance team on purchase orders, invoicing, and remittances. Adapt to the evolving e-commerce landscape by proactively developing innovative solutions. Your Qualifications Proven experience in account management. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Additional language skills are a plus. 1-2 years' experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central (experience with additional platforms is a plus). Experience with PPC and online marketing (Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, etc.
). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets. Business acumen with the ability to develop strategic approaches for clients. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
