Minimum Requirements 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience Bachelor's degree Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese Basic Level English; ability to communicate in both written (email, reports) and verbally in English (meetings, phone calls, video conferences) 3 + years of business development or program launch experience 3+ years of project management with both internal and external multiple stakeholders Self driven even under high ambiguity situation Forward-looking and always looking on the bright side mindset.
