Account Manager / Customer Success Executive

Bring your knowledge & passion to healthcare with **SOPHiA GENETICS** as our new Account Manager / Customer Success Executive for Southern Italy. This is a field role, with travel up to 75% across the territory.

**Your mission**:
We are united by our common mission and the SOPHiA GENETICS Sales team plays a crucial role in enabling more organizations to make data-driven decisions.
As an Account Manager / Customer Success Executive in the Italy region, you'll report to our Regional Sales Manager but will have full ownership and autonomy over your territory.

- Prospecting, Pitching and driving Business Development.
- Identifying and closing opportunities with new and existing organizations.
- Drive consistent momentum in sales cycles and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Drive business growth through expanding our market share within current accounts and finding new opportunities to extend our relationship with them
- Advise the company and guide product management on market & product requirements
**Requirements**:
**The experience you bring
- 3-5 years experience in a commercially focused account executive, customer success or consultative sales position
- Experience selling NGS or Genomics products into Hospital Systems and/or Lab Environments
- Understanding of the market in Southern Italy and is familiar with our target customers
- A hunter mentality, driven by a desire to consistently generate new business
- You will need to be able to travel across your territory to a minimum of 50%
- You will be fluent to a business level in both Italian and English.
