Emsi Burning Glass is looking for a dynamic client success professional to support our rapidly growing
bring a mix of commercial and customer support skill, technical know-how and a can-do approach to

This position is based in our Milan, Italy office but we will consider remote Europe options.

**Primary Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Management: Responsible for overall ownership of the client relationship including pre-sales, onboarding, training, support, and retention.
- Customer Voice: Acting as the voice of the customer you will seek to understand customer problems and work closely with the other colleagues working in the APAC region, and colleagues in product, research, sales, and marketing to develop the right solutions for the market.
- Customer Success: You will also provide frontline, technical support and training to ensure users are well equipped to maximize the use and value derived from our tools and services.
Content creation in the form of webinars, training materials, and case studies will also be an important part of this role.
Your work should result in client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

- Ability to work well independently but also as part of a team distributed across multiple geographies (UK, Italy, Canada and NZ).

- A clear appreciation for the key areas that can be influenced by insights from the labour market to meet our customers' own mission and purpose.
- Ability to work in detail as well as grasp the bigger picture.
- Experience working with and supporting SAAS tools
- Proficient understanding of business technology tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office
- Suite, project management, expense reporting, and additional tools as needed.
**Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' experience in a related field or a combination of educational and experience that provides the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.
- At least 3 years' working with or within comparable core market segments of higher education and/or public sector space.
- Experience in using quantitative data analysis, tools and techniques to understand and improve performance.
- Experience of managing relationships within large, complex organizations.
- Experience of creating training materials and other supporting media, e. g. , webinars.
