Account Manager (F/M/Div)
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing long-term relationships with clients.
You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In your new role you will:
- **Manage a portfolio of key accounts **and **develop long-term relationships with clients;**:
- Responsible for sales and customer service to **promote and support IFX products;**:
- **Design, execute and control **all **sales activities in a designated account **to fulfil the defined **sales objectives **and **maximize the business **for all IFX products in the designated area, across all sales channels and according to the agreed business development programs;
- Initiate and drive **long-term **partnership programs **as drive **technology engagement projects **with Customers;
- Negotiate contracts and **ensure customer satisfaction;**:
- **Collaborate with internal teams **to ensure customer needs are met;
- Achieve yearly **Design win **and **Revenue Targets;**:
- Explore **new areas of Engagement **and communicate requirements to the Product lines;
- Establish a **relationship with the customer on the C-level **and orchestrate the meetings.
You have a structured, self-driven working style with a strong focus on the business and customers' needs.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy taking the initiative and bringing results.
Moreover, you are a team player with the ability to motivate, inspire and collaborate with your team and the organization while striving for a high-quality working atmosphere, open cooperation, and exchange.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- An **Electronic/Electrical **e **ngineering University Degree **or similar fields of studies;
- **3 to 5 years overall experience **preferably in the Semiconductor industry;
- Strong **communication **and **negotiation skills;**:
- Excellent **problem-solving **and **decision-making skills;**:
- **Multitasking and multicultural mindset, **availability to travel;**:
- Fluency in both **Italian **and **English (mandatory) **.
German is a plus.
