The Business Unit, formed from the merger of IFM Infomaster Spa and DVR Srl, offers proprietary Omnichannel Contact Center and Customer Relationship Management platforms enriched with Artificial Intelligence solutions for comprehensive customer relationship management and optimal customer experiences.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager in Rome at Base Digitale Platform.
The individual will be responsible for managing sales activities in the central-south regions of Italy.
Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Candidates must be based near Rome, as the role requires frequent client visits across the assigned area and must have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Area Manager.
Qualifications Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills Experience in the digital technology industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of Omnichannel Contact Center and Customer Relationship Management platforms Fluency in Italian and English Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales
