They work with prominent brands such as Danone, L'Oréal, Disney, Unilever, and Nestlé. Job SummaryWe are seeking a mid-senior level Account Manager - Growth to drive business development and account management efforts in Italy.
This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives on new business acquisition, industry networking, and consultative sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and growth background, particularly in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS industries. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients and opening doors within the market. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions tailored to their business objectives. Account Activation & Management: Drive client acquisition and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience. Industry & Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance sales strategies. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and revenue generation. Networking & Relationship Building: Leverage existing networks and cultivate new connections to expand Samy Alliance's footprint in Italy. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and market feedback to optimize business strategies. Requirements5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within digital marketing, advertising agencies, or SaaS companies. Proven track record in new business acquisition and growth strategies. Strong consultative selling skills – ability to articulate value propositions and close deals. Experience in media agencies and/or digital-oriented businesses. Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and SaaS landscapes. Ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken). Why Join Us?
