Account Manager Iii
TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
**What your background should look like**:
The Utility Account Manager is the owner to defend and grow in existing & target customers - targeting for the Utility projects.
The Utility Account Manager need to work out workable strategic plan involving account plan and implementation actions.
An efficient execution is key to deliver result including getting alignment internally, convincing cross function to support, maintaining & developing good customer relationship by continuously improving NPS.
- The Utility Account Manager is also expected to offer extra - synergy of renewable energy business.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplishment sales revenue target.
- Develop new customer, capture new project, spec-in product and solution.
Build up long-term corporation partner relationship with key customers.
- Proactively interface and communicate with the customer and internal TE stakeholders (including General Management, Product Management, Sales Operation and Supply Chain) to make sure to get stakeholders support.
- Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on technical-related topics concerning TE products and service.
- Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders.

- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand the most updated customer status.
- Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge:
- High school degree or above (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Material engineering preferred)
- More than 5 years relative working experience in Electric Power industry.
- Knowledge of key account management.
- Business acumen & Self learning
- Willing and having capacity to work in stretch & complex situation
- Creative, analytical and structured thinking with the ability to execute on priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organizational functions (inside and outside of TE)
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets.
