Our customers need you to guide them on the latest technologies to make their inventions and products the best in the world!Account Manager IPEAs the Account Manager IPE (Interconnect, Passives, Electromechanical) you will be focused on identifying, nurturing, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth for Arrow Global Components for IPE products. What Will You Be Doing at Arrow? Working within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding IPE share and maximizing Arrow's share of customer spend. Defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling. Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges. Maintaining and promoting relationships with IPE supplier contacts responsible for business opportunities. Ensuring customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services. Developing strategic account plans for all assigned accounts. Maintaining an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the marketplace. What are we looking for? Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager. At least 3 years' experience in the Electronics industry. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Fluency in both Italian and English. Knowledge of IPE (Interconnect, Passives, Electromechanical) Products.
