Account Manager- Italy (North East)

**The role**:
You will be part of the EasyPark Italy commercial team and responsible to increase the potential for our business to create and realise value from our growing client base, including our largest and most prestigious partners. The Account Manager will have overall accountability of a large client portfolio, spanning the North East Italy area, building long term strategic alliances with each client and evangelising the digitalisation.
The Account Manager will work with existing clients (both public and private sectors) to discuss, frame and develop relationships and subsequently, digitalization opportunities in the management of parking areas to liaise with our internal delivery functions.
This position reports to the **Account Director**.
**You will contribute & make an impact through**:
As an Account Manager, you will demonstrate leadership and accountability across a large portfolio of clients, encompassing the following responsibilities:
- Develop account strategy and cluster plans in conjunction with the Account Director
- Ensure a good understanding of the strategic direction of your clients and align with the Easypark strategy of moving to full digitalization of parking market
- Manage and grow revenues within your accounts, planning client account visits and preparing account review packs for these meetings
- Develop and close growth (up-sell and cross-sell) opportunities from your accounts and produce any necessary proposal or supporting documentation;
- Working closely with multiple teams across the EasyPark business to ensure your clients are proactively supported
- Contribute towards future initiatives and develop business cases for investment
- Proactively taking the lead to ensure that contracts are successfully renewed when appropriate
- Represent EasyPark in industry events and exhibitions
- Maintain EasyPark CRM system with all account opportunities, client meetings and key activities at all times
**About you**:

- Self-starter with a doer attitude and the desire to learn and improve
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills
- Naturally collaborative with great problem solving and prioritisation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to quickly understand how to address the partner and/or customers' needs and how to adapt the EasyPark concept accordingly.
**Your background**:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in selling complex service offerings, e. g. SaaS, and managing the complete sales process from lead generation to deal making and implementation
- Ability to evangelise payment products and technologies and speak fluidly to positively influence both; technical and non-technical decision makers
- Knowledge of and experience in daily use of CRM systems and Google suite as part of the sales process
- Native fluency in Italian and good communication in English.
- Valid driver's licence.
