Descrizione LavoroMission:Responsible for the company success of the area through:The implementation of 360° company strategy - Sales, Marketing, Medical and Digital. The positioning of company as a Premium brand. The Account Manager provides complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Attitude:PositiveOpen mindedBraveTeam work orientedFocused on close the loopsActivities:Present, promote and sell products and services using company Value Proposition to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Develop joint business plans in a partnership perspective with the best customers to increase company market share and ROI. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Identify and/or develop new leads through cold calling or field visits. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed sales targets and KPI's within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Use correctly and daily OCE, in accordance with the guidelines defined. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities. Ensure the presence of top/KOL/most potential customers at the main company events in alignment with marketing and medical department. Competenze ed esperienzaTechnical & Functional Skills:Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology or similar. Experience> 2 years in sales or medical representative role. Experience in the field of aesthetic medicine is a plus. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated history of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent presentation skills. Based in Rome. Completa l'offertaWe offer a permanent chemical-pharmaceutical contract, with a salary aligned to the candidate's experience.
