Your challenges

- Responsibility for providing excellent customer support within the assigned region

- Sustainable and efficient customer management with sales responsibility for whole sales budget in the assigned region

- Manage and finalize the whole sales process with customers

- Strengthen existing customer relationships and aquire new customers within assigned region

- Conclude sales negotiations succesfully

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with our professional dealership partners including onsite tutorials

- Aquire and process market and customer data within the CRM system

- Manage funnel and review it periodically with the help of a CRM system

- Analyze market structures and competition and identify market potential

- Develop and maintain the sales network for the assigned region including constumers, influencing leaders and professional dealers

Your expertise

- You provide significant experience (at least 2-5 years) of sales experience, ideally within the Life Sciences sector

- Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen

- Ideally first experience in biotechnology or molecular biology; lab operations experience

- Excellent command of English, suitable for negotiation

- Well versed in using MS Office products and CRM-systems

- Successfully completed college or university degree, ideally in a Science field

- Ideally additional completed trainings in customer relationship management, negotiation
