Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommercial Development/ProspectingIdentifies and proposes development opportunitiesProposes and builds up commercial and key leverage plans according to pre-defined objectivesParticipates in developing and negotiating annual business development plans and budgets with partnersConducts exploratory market studies to identify development opportunitiesGathers information on the existing contracts and financial conditions of partnersContributes to the presentation/formalisation of offers to potential partners in accompanying CACI teams (Milan and Dublin)Develops reporting on activities carried out and performances achievedMarket/Product WatchProvides key contribution to the new product creation processAnalyses competitors, playing a permanent role in strategic watchIdentifies distribution channels, partners and potential service providersRelationship with PartnersOversees and develops the relationship with Partners on all aspects of collaborationAssesses partners regional results and develops tailored annual training programmesPerforms training on processes and products to partner networks and territorial managersProposes commercial plans to territorial areas, territorial managers and branchesDevelops and plans business training schedule, coordinating training sections with PartnersPerforms Partner oversightMonitors business resultsAdvises bank insurance specialists in managing medical subscriptions as well as ensuring prompt customer assistance after saleSelects CAI inquiries to facilitate CACI Dublin response as requiredMonitors CACI Dublin and CAI Italy processes to ensure a timely and effective support to the partners networkDistribution Network TrainingOrganizes, manages and coordinates training sessions to partners, in accordance with regulatory guidelinesDevelops and delivers training materials for various scopes (e. g. , launch of new products, implementation of new regulations)Coordinates and conducts training sessionsCollaborates with distributors and external providers to build and deliver online training modulesDevelops internal reporting on the training provided*Other duties as required/assigned to fulfil requirements of post #J-18808-Ljbffr
