Account Manager - Measurement Intelligence

We are looking for a **Key Account Manager, **committed to **Measurement Intelligence industry **for Gas Analytics, Field Instrumentation and Digital Solutions, to be hired with a permanent contract in **Milan** within the **Process Automation **area.

**Your Challenge
As a **Key Account Manager** your mission will be to support key customer in solving their process automation, measurement and sustainability problems, strengthen the relationship with all the key partners and interfaces, develop the business, involve all the necessary internal resources to increase customer satisfaction and profitability. .
- Develop deep relationships with complex customers, with both top level and operative stakeholders, positioning Siemens as the reference partner for Measurement and Digitization
- Manage the opportunities identification and qualification and all the presales activities, generating and leading new sales for a long-lasting relationships
- Manage and coordinate sales development, risk analysis, sales planning and follow up with an holistic life-cycle approach
- Interact with all the internal resources (Proposal Engineers, Supply Chain, Project and Product Manager, Service, Head quarter ) to ensure the best customer support and Sales execution
- Constantly map and report the customer evolution, his business ecosystem, the opportunities and the market intelligence information
- Proactively contribute to projects and initiatives to improve business processes and implement tools and standard methodology.
- Align with Health and safety, Environment and HR regulations

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you already have**:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales (minimum 4 years), Key Account management and Business Development
- Experience with sophisticated organizations
- Experience in structured Sales planning, CRM knowledge is a plus
- Technical background and/or experience with engineered solutions
- Highly committed to delight customers
- Passion to never-stop learning and growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both writing and speaking
- Eligibility to work in Italy
- Italian driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time
