**Account Manager New Channels (M/F/d)
As an Account Manager outside hospitals, you are responsible for overseeing the relationship of the company with industrial, long-term care (RSA), dental, veterinary, rehabilitation centre, home care clients with specific targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategy within the Italian market.
Your goal is to obtain and maintain long-term key customers by understanding their requirements, building strong relationships, and promoting the company's solutions.
Ultimately, your focus is on contributing to the long-term growth and success of the business.
**Your activities**:
- Establish and sustain long-term strategic relationships with high volume clients to achieve organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Conduct research to identify the wants and needs of key customers.
- Propose solutions that address specific needs of clients.
- Ensure prompt delivery of ordered products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and respectful manner.
- Collect, report, and communicate customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
- Identify and source potential new clients.
- Measure, track and analyse key account metrics.
- Create reports for upper management.
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
**Your profile**:
- At least 2 years of proven, successful experience in selling health care products that involve complex decision-making processes
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, with additional studies in Business Administration and/or Marketing as a plus.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Empathy and excellent communication skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Ambition, persuasiveness and vigour in achieving goals
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Holds a valid driving license
- Expected to spend over 60% of the time in the field.
