**The Challenge
DNP is market leader for the majority of its products in the EMEA area.

DNP positions itself consistently and successfully as a differentiator in the field of Quality, Reliability and Traceability.
DNP serves a broad range of industries: Food & Beverages, Dietary Supplements, Early Life Nutrition, Medical Nutrition and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
Additionally, DNP is intensely involved in the fortification of basic foodstuffs (flour, rice, sugar) to alleviate micronutrient deficiencies in vulnerable population groups in the developing world.
**The Position
The Account Manager needs to own their market in order to drive sales development and innovation.
To reach it in a highly complex environment, they need to deeply understand market dynamics, including consumer needs and market trends, develop thorough sales strategy and action plans and master solution and value selling for straights and premixes.
The Key responsibilities in this position will be:
- Builds privileged customer relationships and is a positive influence customer's decision makers and process
- Drives sales and development by creating a sales strategy based on the customer's needs
- Staying up to date on core products and consumer markets
- Drives innovation and identifies new business opportunities for the right customers and marketers
- Facilitates product launches and achieve quick sales start for new products and product forms
- Cooperates with the regional Market Development Manager to elaborate an innovation strategy in his/her region
- Orchestrates customer relationship and activities with cross-functional support
- Shares insights with colleagues
- Acts as an active team player in global Key Accounts teams
**The Ideal
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in science, technology or business-related field
- 10 years' experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals
- Knowledge of and experience in other relevant disciplines: balance of commercial and technical knowledge, skills and experience
- Are based in the Italy (France or Germany are also considered)
- Fluent in English and Italian both oral and written
