Account Manager - Private Jet

If so, apply now as we are looking for an Account Manager to join our Milan office on a full time basis.
You will be responsible for delivering revenue and profitability in accordance with your agreed targets and maintaining high earning accounts. To be effective in this role you will need to demonstrate proven proactive sales ability, passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, smart procurement techniques, creative presentation of offers, insightful closing techniques and robust administration with the flight planning arrangements. Responsibilities:AccountabilitiesAchieving targets set for each financial yearAssisting the Manager with implementing and progressing the Departmental strategyProviding support to the team in all aspects of day to day tradingMaintenance and growth of existing client baseProviding a best-in-class customer experienceResearch relevant industry data to create new sales leads and opportunitiesBuilding new business for Air Partner in a competitive marketManaging and maintaining high service levels on demanding accountsOccasional out of hours work and contractibility often in pressured, time sensitive situationsManage, support and mentor any junior team membersAssist with departmental growth – recruitment, induction, onboarding and training of new team membersQualifications:Candidate RequirementsPrevious proven experience in a broking roleGood understanding of changing markets both in operators and clientsCustomer focused with good people skills and the ability to form relationships with key individualsAbility to anticipate and out manoeuvre rivals in competitive tendersAbility to generate consistent GP for the company and meet challenging targetsExcellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are metNumerate, efficient and accurateMust be competitive, highly motivated and hungry to win businessWe encourage applications from every background so if you're ready to make your career take off, check us out at www.airpartnergroup.com.
