Account Manager - Professional Audio & Lighting For
These are your tasks**:
- Focus is on sales support and advice with a high level of technical knowledge and support for customers in the areas of pro audio, lighting, and stage equipment.
- Develop new and existing customer relations with a strong ability to listen, assess and provide best quality service
- You are responsible for your area and have a mission to develop the turnover and brand awareness of Adam Hall Group
- You accept challenges, analyze them, and discuss commercial and technical issues with the customer to identify possible solutions based on our service and product portfolio
- You qualify customer inquiries, advise customers, and bring sales projects to a conclusion
- You represent the company in your area at exhibitions, customer events, company events and international fairs
**What you bring with you**:
- Experience: Professional experience in B2B Sales in the Event/Stage Technology Industry is mandatory
- Know-how: Knowledge in system integration as well as product knowledge are prerequisites and the knowledge of the simulation and visualization of audio and/or stage lighting systems is an advantage
- Soft Skills: good commercial and strong technical understanding as well as good communication to explain complex technical processes at different levels.
- Others: Italian as mother language and professional English (spoken and written) is mandatory and living in North of Italy is desirable as well as full clean driving license and the ability to travel with overnight stays.
