**Account Manager Regional Accounts Italy
**Job Summary**:
- The Account Manager is responsible to manage the portfolio of Regional Account customers in the central Italian region; building strong customer relationship to grow sales and profitability. - The AM supports the development of the customer, managing customer product needs and also advising on the trends of tomorrow, supporting innovation & cocreation and securing customer sustainable growth. - In order to maximize customer proximity, the role requires a high willingness to travel.
**Key Responsabilities**:
- Establishing and expanding customer relationships with well-known companies in the food manufacturing sector & smaller high growth potential companies
- Managing commercial pricing strategy in a complex market, combining contract & pricing business maximizing smart growth in order to deploy core basket of chocolates, decorations and specialties (nuts, inclusions, etc)
- Customer's first point of contact securing a 360º relationship including marketing, R&D, customer care, technical advisor, quality and others.
- Onboard customers in the BC customer journey, creating and growing project pipeline through a solution selling model including inspiration and co-creation
- Provide on-going market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing and new product launches
- To build and execute the regional business plan for the Central Italy area including the following regions: Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche, Sardegna, Toscana & Umbria.
**About you
- Superior studies in business administration or food technology
- +5 years of experience in the B2B food business
- Passionate about food experience, drive to deliver, entrepreneur and adaptable to work in a fast changing environment.
- Italian & English proficiency.
Other languages are a plus
- Capable to manage SAP / Salesforce and Microsoft tools
- Ideally living in the Central Italy area of influence
