We currently offer the position as **Account** **Manager South Italy **for our** Medical Division (Surgical Microscopes)**, who will report directly to the Sales Manager Medical Italy, Marco Silvestrini.
The role is **fully remote, ** and our future colleague should be based preferably in Roma, Napoli, Campobasso, Bari, Perugia, so to travel comfortably across Central and Southern Italy.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- In close cooperation with the Sales Manager Medical Italy and with the European Marketing support, develop a Sales Strategy for the territory in order to ensure achievement of agreed financial targets
- Plan and carry out regular visits to existing customers to continually monitor requirements and satisfaction levels
- Ensure Channel Partner Management to push Sales Force to achieve targets
- Set priorities and push product promotion and special selling efforts to optimize results
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products
- Evaluate product sales trends in comparison with competitive products and direct appropriate actions to increase market shares
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly pipeline data in SFDC for Sales Forecasts for Medical products
- Validate sales funnel in terms of realistic chance to win contract and prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
- Close liaison with Shared services, concerning the supply of products to the Customer
**YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally you own a university's degree in Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent) that will help you to understand the products technology
- Around 5 Years' experience in the medical market as Sales/Product Specialist professional
- You have already developed leadership skills in coordinating agents on the territory
- You know how to prepare a tender and the related documentation
- Fluent Italian and upper intermediate English, in written and spoken
- You can travel up to 70% of the time
