Bologna, MilanWe are looking for an account manager to develop and manage customers, proactively looking to expand business with new customers and maintaining the existing ones with high levels of customer satisfaction.

He/she will be in charge of selling our Chromatography, Inorganic and MatChar portfolio (AA, ICP, ICP-MS, GC, LC, UV, IR. . . ) per Lombardia/Emilia-Romagna.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROFITABLE GROWTH

Manage Sales Plans pushing on business expansion activities with New Customers whilst expanding share of wallet with the existing installed base

Actively participate in generating ideas for value positioning

Nurture, maintain and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)

Design a structured Business Plan focused on value generation, prioritising business expansion.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Working with customers to better profile their needs in order to make revenue gains.

Be a consultant to customers, providinghigh level explanations on solutions.

Present PerkinElmer products and support services, and deliver product demonstrations on less complex instruments

With the support of our technical experts, facilitate problem solving solutions for customers, building solid long term relationships.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

Degree in Chemistry or equivalent

Experience as an account manager within the Analytical market or equivalent.

Demonstrable experience of growing accounts and new business wins.

Customer focus with drive to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Commercially focused, driven and able to prioritise activities.

Able to manage own time effectively

Willingness to travel to client sites within Italy and to attend trade shows and events.

Fluent Italian.

English required
