S. & Mexico Salary: $90, 000 - $100, 000 (DOE) Profit-Sharing Bonus Benefits Benefits: 100% Company-Paid Health Insurance, Holidays, Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-Time | In Office Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Travel: Approximately 25% (1 week per month) Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Job Description Our client, a global leader in precision technology and optical communications components, is seeking an Account Manager near Sugar Hill, GA to drive sales for fiber optic products across 20-30 direct accounts in the Western and Southwestern U. S. and Mexico. This role involves regular customer visits, collaboration with distributors, and engagement with design engineers, purchasing managers, and technical stakeholders to expand market share in a niche, high-growth industry. The ideal candidate has an engineering background or technical sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a willingness to travel. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans for designated accounts Manage core customer relationships and oversee distributor partnerships Conduct quarterly business reviews to track sales performance Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and reports Lead product training sessions for customers and distributors Negotiate pricing and contracts to maintain profitability Work closely with Japan-based teams on technical and business matters Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3-20 years of technical sales experience required Experience in optical communications, electronic components, or semiconductors required Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss engineering concepts required Willingness to regularly travel to CA, TX, and Mexico (1 week/month) required Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) required Valid driver's license and US Passport required J-18808-Ljbffr
