ACCOUNT PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Hach Lange Srl, the Italian subsidiary of Hach Group, is currently looking for an Account Payable to join the local Accounting Team.

The Account Payable will be part of local Accounting & Finance Team and will report directly to the Head of Accounting Team Italy.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

- Enters invoices into Accounting System in compliance with statutory and fiscal regulations and with internal procedures;

- Prepares and manages properly payment plans to suppliers according to due dates;

- Prepares and runs scheduled payments to be sent to banks, both for suppliers and for

Government Entities (with-holding taxes, social benefits, )

- Finalizes monthly VAT closing;

- Enters postings in General Ledger;

- Supports the Head of Accounting and all other colleagues of the Team in daily accounting activities (banks reconciliations, adjustments, ) and in end of month closing procedures (accruals).

- High School Accountancy Diploma (Ragioneria)

- Expertise in Oracle or other ERP

- At least 3 years in a similar role in a structured Italian or international company

- Proficiency in English

- Proficiency in Excel

Office location: Lainate (MI)
