Job Description: Type: Permanent Job #25505 Our client, a global quality assurance and risk management company providing services in maritime, energy, healthcare, and business assurance is seeking an experienced Account Receivable Team Manager to join their team.

As the Team Manager in Business Assurance, you will be responsible for managing a sizable team spanning several countries, talent management, recruitment, and effective stakeholder management.

If you have people management experience, system and process knowledge, handle cash flow reports, and initiate/support process standardization and improvement initiatives, this role is perfect for you.

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Location: Vimercate (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Role Description:

The Account Receivable Team Manager will be responsible for performing financial and administrative activities towards clients and team members.

They will primarily focus on the company's Italian operations while also overseeing invoicing activities in 1-2 additional countries.

You will manage a team of 10+ people spanning several countries, and you'll be involved in talent management, recruitment, and effective stakeholder management.

The role requires someone with people management experience, system and process knowledge, ability to handle cash flow reports, and initiate/support process standardization and improvement initiatives.

Must Have Skills: 2-4 years' experience in leading a team Experience with invoicing systems such as Oracle Finance Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness of working cross-border and in a matrix organization is an asset Professional experience in a financial environment Native Italian language skills – both written and verbal Advanced English skills – both written and verbal Recruitment experience & focus on retention Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels Nice to Have Skills: Spanish or French fluency is a plus Next Steps:
