**What you will be doing

You will be part of the account management team whose goal is to manage the relationship with the e-commerce partners and to find the best strategy to grow the number of Satispay payments processed by the client.

The account management team is part of the ecommerce commercial team.

You will work on:

- Being responsible for a group of Corporate e-Commerces, driving new growth among existing clients

- Managing all the activation steps of our Business service for the new corporate e-commerces onboarded: from the tech integration phase to the continuous monitoring of their performances, including co-marketing activities to boost results;

- Being the main clients point of contact, sharing with them key functionalities of our payment solution and Satispay's latest product updates

- Creating internal bonds with different Satispay Teams to find the best business strategies for our online partners

The role is based in our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the management - you will have the chance to share personal ideas, proposals and contributions to improve the product.

- 3+ years of experience in account management with a successful track record in managing corporate clients

- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem: key players, platforms and payment processors

- Flexibility, high motivation and results-oriented approach, commercial attitude and exceptional relational skills

- Fluency in Italian and English

- Knowledge and passion for the Fintech industry is considered a plus
