Introduction

In your role as Account Support you will be the available knowledge partner that supports both the sales teams and customers with ordering, giving advice and following up on concerns.

As Account Support you work in the sales department and report to the Sales Manager OEM supporting him in the sales process.

Contract type: temporary role to replace for maternity leave (approx 1 year)

Location: Pero (close to Milano)

The Challenge

- Treat and process all incoming orders, and adjust where needed, in line with requirements of the customer, and according to quality standards in order to obtain a well-organized up-to-date order file.

- File all order related information in order to be able to track the required, updated information at any time.

- Coordinate and spread all order information for all parties involved with the order, such that correct, updated order information is available at all time.

- Ensure the detection and solution of problems, proactively as well as on request of the external or internal customer in order to ensure the continuity of the process.

- Provide the customer with information and support on the organization of the transportation of products, with the help of the internet and other systems, in order to improve the autonomy of the customer.

- Signal mal-functioning in the process and do proposals for improvement, in order to contribute to the optimization of the account back-up process.

What are we looking for?

- A secondary vocational education level and preferably experience in a similar commercial position.

- Experience with automated order processing

- Affinity with and knowledge of the bicycle industry and the Shimano product range are considered a plus

- Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally as in writing.

- Good knowledge of Word and Excel.

- Directly available or on a short term.
