Job Summary This position is part of the BLUTEK Finance and Controlling function, which includes a variety of general accounting functions such as month-end journal entries, AP/AR, closings, credit and/or collections, tax reporting, and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities and Activities Control of SDI invoices, receipt, printing, registration, and archiving of passive invoicesBank transactions registration and reconciliationPrinting and archiving of bank accounting statementsSending SDI active and passive invoicesPrinting and archiving of active invoicesManagement of import documentation, with storage and traceability of customs invoicesCompletion and submission of Intrastat listsVAT liquidation and printing of tax registersPreparation of documents for LIPE, VAT return, CU, and financial statementsMonthly adjusting entries (accruals, deferrals, amortizations) for file mappingClient-supplier balance reconciliation (IC)Archiving and payment of F24 forms (RA, VAT, employee contributions, stamp duties, taxes, etc.
