ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for our clients and internal users, familiarizing yourself with potential issues related to SAP authorization and finding the best solutions for them. Analyze and resolve SOD (Segregation of Duties) conflicts. Focus on the implementation and support of solutions in the area of Access Management, CUA, and Fiori Access Management. Manage a portfolio of activities ranging from process analysis with the specialist department and requirement specification to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Identify risks and weaknesses. During the development of authorization concepts (S/4HANA), explore the benefits of innovations and guide their implementations. Onboard and collaborate with external partners. RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree or at least 5+ years of experience in SAP Access Management. Professional experience in SAP Access Management, SAP Solution Manager/SAP BTP; ideally in S/4HANA. Understanding of the SoD concept and its relevance in SAP role management. In-depth knowledge in Access Control, GRC; SAP BTP; Fiori Access Management. Experience in business process analysis and identifying risks and vulnerabilities. Analytical thinking and experience in requirement management. Previous experience in a multicultural and multilingual organization is advantageous. High degree of empathy: ability to align and relate to clients. Full professional proficiency in English, German, and other CEE languages is advantageous.
