TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Excel Microsoft Dynamics D365 Reporting Bank Reconciliation Customer Service AP Payments Global Team Collaboration Working in a fast paced environment deadline driven organized well spoken JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION OVERVIEW: The Staff Accountant will be a member of the Corporate Accounting team and will initially be a team member responsible for systemic implementation projects as assigned.

This will involve data reconciliation between new and legacy systems executing any necessary corrective measures and developing processes and procedures to support the systemic functionality going forward.

This will position will also support a wide range of finance activities including monthend close reconciliations and reporting.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of the Corporate Accounting team based in New Jersey United States.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support processes related to implementation projects as assigned.

Develop processes and procedures to support new system functionality.

Actively participate in the month end close process by assisting the team in creating and/or recording journal entries.

Assist in the reconciliation of certain balance sheet accounts gather supporting documentation and investigate/resolve reconciling items timely.

Assist with monthly variance analysis and followup.

Assist with special projects involving ad hoc reporting and financial analysis.

Assist with various information requests from management.

Assist in responding to requests during interim and yearend external audits.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting Proven Excel experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience desired Proven ability to multitask particularly during the month end close process Proven ability to work under specific time deadlines Capacity to work with crossfunctional peers A positive outlook a natural intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement This position will be 100% remote so candidates can be located anywhere in the US as long as they can support EST working hours.

This is contract only role with no opportunity for conversion at this time.
