The purpose of the Job is to manage the administration activities of Fashion, Design and Art school of Milan and Florence.

He / She also has to manage both the accounting and reporting activities and monthly and annual accounting closures.

**Key purpose of the job

- To manage passive cycle;

- To check and to account passive invoices of teachers and providers;

- To record general accounting;

- To account and to check bank and cash movement;

- To keep IVA recording and monthly payment;

- Intrastat and Esterometro;

- Single certification withholding tax for freelancers;

- To check and to account employee expense reports;

- To manage active cycle activities helping the admission office;

- Invoicing and credit recovery;

- To support accounting closing activities both monthly and annual;

- To support audit activities;

- To manage electronic invoicing on interchange system.

**Education and Skills**:

- Degree in Ecnomics;

- Min.

1/2 years of experience;

- Precision and capability of problem solving;

- Capability to work under pressure;

- Good knowledge of English language;

- Good knowledge of Sap B1 system and Office Suite.
