**Overview**:

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Master in Economics or business administration

- Fluent in English (writing and speaking), as Donaldson Company is headquartered in the U. S.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system for daily work highly appreciated, with knowledge of Oracle a strong benefit

- Demonstrated understanding of accounting and financial analysis concepts

- Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, conflict resolution, customer orientation)

**Key responsibilities

**General Ledger**:

- Overseas General ledger and ensure compliance to Italian/US GAAP and group accounting policies, including monthly journal entities preparation, accruals, cut off, review and reporting

**Reconciliations**:

- Support monthly reconciliations preparation on a timely basis

**Tax requirements**:

- Support preparation of local files and transfer pricing details

- In collaboration with Senior Accountant, ensure compliance to tax and law fulfilments

**Closing**:

- Support the Finance team with finalization of specific activities, within monthly reporting process, according to internally agreed due dates
