The opening 5-Star Resort "Travel Charme Salo' SRL" belonging to the international group "Hirmer Hospitality" is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda.

This prestigious Hotel houses 99 guest rooms and suites and is provided with 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, a Meeting room, an innovative Wellness Center, a SPA of 2, 000 square meters and 3 swimming pools.

The **Accountant** of the opening 5-Star Hotel "L'Affetto sul Lago di Garda" of the international Hotel chain Travel Charme gives support to manage on site the Hotel budget, the staff payroll and overall finances.

This opening position will give support to the Controller and has also a dotted line relationship with the Finance Department of Hirmer Hospitality Group, located in Germany and cooperates with the external chartered professional Accountant.

**Responsibilities

**Suppliers and Customers´ Billing

The Hotel Accountant manages suppliers and creditors´ invoices, prepares and reviews all journal vouchers.

**Expenses Tracking and Treasury

The Hotel Accountant tracks employees' expenses through expense claims and company credit card purchases, manages reimbursements, executes monthly f24 payments and processes fiscal fulfillments and salaries´ transfers.

**Bank Reconciliation and Report Finances

The Hotel Accountant performs daily reconciliations, provides financial statements, creates and presents month-end reports to the Board of The Hotel and to the Finance Department of Hirmer Hospitality Group.

**Financial Auditing

The Hotel Accountant regularly performs audits on overall Hotel operations.

This includes auditing cash registers, credit card statements and banking statements.

These audits ensure nothing out of the ordinary is happening with the Hotel's finances.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Economics / Finance / Hotellerie management

- Minimum 3 years work experience as Accountant, preferably in Tourism sector

- Cashiering experience and familiarity with point of sale systems

- Italian and English confidence are mandatory

- German confidence is preferable

- High confidence with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

- Confidence with Fairmas and Property management systems (Opera, SIHOT, Protel) is preferable

- High attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, customer centricity and team working skills are a must

- Ethical approach to work
