Accountant - Contabile
About the job We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance Team based in Milan.
The person will report to the Head of Finance.
Main Activities and Responsibilities: Supporting the correct and timely booking of accounting entries for monthly preparation of reporting package.
Preparing the Monthly Reporting for the European subsidiaries of the Group.
Checking the correctness of AR invoices, such as VAT codes, SDI, and related format.
Checking Sales summary report and preparing AR ledgers reconciliation.
Acting as support to the team for all AR related issues with internal and external parties, following up on debt collection and maintaining AR aging updated.
Preparing and assisting with timely local tax declaration and filings, such as intrastat, VAT register, and stamp duty.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management.
About 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Precise, proactive, organized, motivated person.
Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially advanced Excel.

Disponibilità: Dal lunedì al venerdì.
Turno diurno.
Esperienza: contabile: 2 anni (Obbligatorio).
Lingua: Inglese (Obbligatorio).
